Your registration will include refreshments during daily morning and afternoon breaks as well as Monday and Thursday activities.
This year we are offering meal options that include a full hot daily breakfast at each of the conference hotels for $20 per person and conference lunches in the Santa Fe Convention Center courtyard for $25 per person.
Registrations canceled beyond July 21st will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee. No cancellations will be accepted beyond August 6th.
A limited number of student grants are available to support student participation in FEL 2017. Qualifying students will receive one-half of the early registration fee, and reimbursement of up to $500 of travel expenses. To be considered for financial support, a letter of recommendation from the student's academic advisor. Letters must be received no later than May 1st, 2017.
